Vivi Live Captions is an add-on subscription to your existing Vivi deployment (v3.12+). IT enables the feature in Vivi Central, no additional hardware or third-party apps required.

Audio is processed in real-time and discarded. No audio is stored. Transcript exports download locally to teacher devices and are not retained by Vivi. Fully aligned with UK GDPR and your school or trust's data protection obligations.
