Access to Personal Information
At any time, you may request that Vivi provide you with a copy of the personal data Vivi holds about you in a portable and machine-readable form and/or request that Vivi erases this data from its systems. Disclosing data We may disclose data for the following purposes:
- Responding to lawful information requests from courts, government agencies and lawyers;
- Investigating and dealing with suspected fraud and unlawful activity;

Protection of Children’s Personal Information
Vivi does not store any personal and/or sensitive information of students. Your organization may collect information on its own through the use of Vivi or other Vivi offerings. Collection of information in this way is at your organization’s discretion and is governed by the privacy policies of your organization. Vivi allows for configuration and/or integration options that allow your organization to align the Vivi platform with other organization applications (i.e. authentication/SSO).
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from individuals under the age of 13 through Vivi offerings, the Vivi app, or the Vivi website. To use the Vivi service you may be identified though your school Google or Microsoft account, which may include your name and email address.
Vivi complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Under COPPA, we are required to obtain consent to the collection of personal information from children under 13. When schools use Vivi services, the school is required to consent to the collection and use of personal information from students. Any data collected from students is for the use and benefit of students in the educational context, and for no other commercial purpose.
