2026 North America Pricing Update FAQs
On July 1, 2026, Vivi will be introducing a price increase to its solution in North America. Given that this is the first price increase in many years, we understand that our customers may have questions.
The below information includes answers to common questions about this pricing update.
Effective July 1, 2026, subscription pricing will increase by $10 per subscription/per year for all contract renewals. Any additional Vivi subscriptions purchased after July 1, 2026 will be billed at the updated rate.
The updated pricing applies to contracts that start or renew on or after July 1, 2026.
No. Your current contract and pricing will remain in effect through the end of your term. Any additional Vivi subscriptions purchased after July 1 and prior to renewal will be billed at the updated rate.
No. The price increase is tied to contract renewal, not your billing cycle. Your price will only change when your contract renews, or if additional subscriptions are purchased after July 1, 2026.
Any additional subscriptions purchased before July 1, 2026 will retain current pricing through your next contract renewal.
No. If you’ve already paid upfront for your multi-year agreement, your pricing is locked for the full prepaid term you purchased. The price increase only applies to new contracts or renewals that start on or after July 1, 2026.
At renewal, your contract will be quoted at the updated pricing that’s in effect at that time. You’ll have the option to move to an annual renewal or renew for another 3-year or 5-year contract paid upfront.
This update to pricing reflects rising operating costs as well as the many new features and platform improvements we’ve added over the years.
No action is required. We’re sharing this update early so you have clear visibility and time to plan, with no surprises.
Vivi hardware replacements purchased on or after July 1, 2026 will be available at a one-time cost of $129.
