Getting Started with Vivi (Vivi 101)
Covers the basics of how to access Vivi in the classroom and use cases for basic features. Attendees will walk away knowing how to log in to their app, successfully screen share, and give control to others to share from their devices!
Increase Student Engagement and Improve Learning Outcomes with Vivi (Vivi 102)
Continues the review of the Vivi app taking a deeper dive into the features not covered in Vivi 101. Attendees will walk away from the session knowing how to successfully use the Assessment and Polls feature to assess learner engagement, optimize media usage in the classroom with Play Direct, and review the Message Class and Whiteboard features!
Vivi Central & Digital Signage Overview
Covers a brief overview of Vivi Central and how to get started with Digital Signage within a school. Attendees will learn how to create users with appropriate permissions, upload a variety of media formats to create engaging playlists, and learn how to create a signage schedule!
Triggering & Cancelling Emergency Alerts within Vivi
This session covers how IT Admins and other authorized users can trigger emergencies within Vivi Central and the Vivi App. During this session, attendees will learn how to customize an emergency alert, trigger an alert, and cancel an alert.
Vivi for School/District Administrators
Session tailored to meet the needs of school and district administrators who have admin/signage access to Vivi Central. Covers the basics of Vivi Central, scheduling Digital Signage, and a basic overview of the Vivi App (Vivi 101).
