About the role
The Growth Marketer role is tasked with planning and executing growth tactics across multiple channels that accelerate user adoption and success for prospects and customers. In this role, you will be a key contributor to rapidly growing reach, engagement, pipeline, revenue, and retention, impacting the entire organization.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs designed to grow lifetime value with the goal of driving adoption and additional revenue
- Serve as the main point of contact for our Australian regional industry-led events where marketing support is needed
- Create, execute, and analyze marketing programs to activate, engage, convert, and retain multiple customer segments.
- Coordinate and collaborate on content and program development across the user lifecycle funnel: from acquisition through retention.
- Reporting daily and weekly results to management
- Other duties assigned to accomplish marketing targets and initiatives
> Tertiary qualification in Marketing (or similar)
> Have worked as a marketer for 3+ years in a similar role, ideally within a tech company.
> Love marketing technology, and have experience working with Marketing Cloud software programs. We use HubSpot, but happy if you have experience with other platforms (ie. Marketo, Pardot, etc)
> Demonstrated ability to create and manage paid lead generation campaigns
> Global marketing experience is an advantage, but not mandatory
> Comfortable working in a scaling start-up environment
> A high level of stakeholder engagement skills
> A team player who loves to collaborate with other people and functions inside the business
